Key Responsibilities
- :Architect and manage enterprise print infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud‑based)
- .Deploy, configure, and maintain Print Servers, print queues, and driver repositories
- .Manage enterprise print management tools such as Papercut, Equitrac, SafeCom, uniFLOW, PrinterLogic, etc
- .Provide L2/L3 support for complex print issues and escalations
- .Implement secure print solutions, pull printing, and print auditing
- .Optimize print workflows, print fleet utilization, and reduce operational costs
- .Oversee MFD installation, configuration, firmware updates, and fleet management
- .Troubleshoot driver conflicts, spooler issues, connectivity failures, and print performance problems
- .Collaborate with vendors (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark)
- .Document architecture diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and support guidelines
- .Lead print modernization initiatives such as serverless printing, cloud print, and automation
- .Manage SLA adherence, capacity planning, and reporting
