- Installation: Setting up printers, configuring them for network use, and ensuring they are properly integrated with other devices.
- Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and replacing parts like toner cartridges, ink, or fusers to prevent breakdowns.
- Repair:Diagnosing and fixing issues such as paper jams, poor print quality, and hardware malfunctions.
- Technical Support: Providing assistance to users who encounter problems with their printers, often remotely or on-site.
- Upgrades and Replacements: Replacing outdated printers with new models or upgrading existing systems to meet current needs.
- Software Support: Installing drivers, firmware, and software updates that improve printer functionality or security.
