About the Role

Netment Staffing LLP is hiring for a PCB Designer on behalf of its client. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing multi-layer printed circuit boards for aerospace, electronics, and high-tech applications. The position requires strong hands-on experience with PCB CAD tools, high-speed PCB design, design for manufacturability, and collaboration with hardware engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts based on schematic inputs and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, assembly, and testing.
• Create and maintain Gerber files, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and other PCB design documentation.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate with PCB vendors and fabrication houses to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PCB-related issues during prototype and production stages.
• Ensure PCB designs follow applicable IPC standards and industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the PCB development and manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in PCB design and development.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of professional experience in PCB design.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-layer PCBs.
• Experience with high-speed PCB design, differential pairs, impedance control, and thermal considerations.
• Experience with DFM/DFT principles and PCB manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• PCB Design Tools: Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, KiCad.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity.
• Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations in PCB design.
• Knowledge of IPC standards including IPC-2221, IPC-7351, and IPC-A-600.
• Experience in generating Gerber files, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Familiarity with PCB assembly and testing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of flex-rigid PCB design and advanced packaging techniques is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work closely with hardware, manufacturing, and vendor teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability electronics domains is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

• Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
• Location: Bengaluru
• Experience: 4–5 Years
• Salary: Up to 12,00,000 Per Annum
