Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Print SME with strong expertise in enterprise print infrastructure, print management platforms, and operational governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end print infrastructure operations, governance, and service quality
- Administer print environments including centralized, distributed, and secure printing
- Manage and optimize print solutions using LRS/VPSX, HP Web Jetadmin, and HP Print Stack
- Monitor printer fleet health, availability, performance, and consumables
- Drive print cost optimization, standardization, and device rationalization initiatives
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and escalations related to print services
- Coordinate with OEMs (HP), vendors, and onshore stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements (secure print, access control)
- Mentor offshore teams and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Enterprise Print Infrastructure Management
- Hands-on expertise with LRS/VPSX / VPSX Print Management
- Experience with HP Web Jetadmin Administration
- Knowledge of Secure Printing / Print Governance / Fleet Management
- Experience in Incident / Change / Problem Management
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
