Role Brief:

We are seeking a HTML & Print Designer/Web Developer & Graphic Designer with strong expertise in HTML coding and print design. The role is primarily focused on HTML development and print deliverables, while also encompassing responsibilities in graphic design, video editing, and other creative projects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both the technical and creative aspects of Ashika's brand communication and marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop, code, and maintain responsive HTML pages, mailers, and templates.

Ensure compatibility of digital assets across browsers and devices.

Design, format, and deliver high-quality print-ready artwork, including brochures, flyers, reports, banners, and other collaterals.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all print and digital outputs.

Create impactful graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.

Support in the development and editing of short-form video content.

Assist in diverse creative and multimedia requirements as assigned.

Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance deliverables.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field

35 years of professional experience with proven expertise in HTML coding and print design.

Strong proficiency in coding responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages and email templates.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to create high-quality, print-ready artwork (brochures, flyers, banners, reports, etc)

Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
