Job Description

  • Collaborate with product, NAC, and engineering teams to define requirements and drive endpoint client solutions.
  • Partner with engineering on architecture decisions to solve problems efficiently.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure products remain leaders in their capabilities.
  • Guide product teams and stakeholders on portfolio strategy across the lifecycle.
  • Support field operations with customer meetings, roadmap updates, and occasional public speaking.
  • Independently deliver efficient solutions to meet customer requirements rapidly.
  • Align goals and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and marketing to optimize margins and enable success.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in NAC and/or endpoint security clients.
  • Expertise in NAC technologies (on premises and cloud) and endpoint security (VPN, ZTNA, posture compliance).
  • Knowledge of multiple client OS platforms (Android, Apple, Chrome, Linux, Microsoft).
  • Strong communication skills; public speaking experience desired.
  • Exposure to contract review and government certifications preferred.
  • Ability to mentor, lead, and influence cross functional teams on complex projects.
  • Skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metrics, and business acumen.
  • Technical understanding of the industry with ability to provide product specific training.
