Principal VOIP Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and manage scalable VoIP infrastructure with high availability.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident response for live voice traffic.
• Collaborate on provisioning, billing, and analytics API design.
• Mentor engineers on VoIP architecture and best practices.

Key Deliverables:

• Deployment of FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, and SBC for production traffic.
• Secure and optimized signaling/media path using NAT traversal and TLS/SRTP.
• Standardized call routing and audio quality configurations.
• Scalable and observable voice platform architecture across cloud environments.
