Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and oversee overall functioning of the school
• Develop, implement, and monitor educational policies, curriculum, and programs
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to enhance teaching quality and performance
• Ensure adherence to academic standards, school policies, and regulatory requirements
• Promote a positive learning environment and foster student development
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address academic and administrative issues
• Monitor student progress, performance, and engagement
• Lead initiatives for school improvement, professional development, and curriculum enhancement
