Role Overview
The Program Director, AI Transformation is a senior executive individual contributor within JLL Technologies (JLLT), responsible for leading AI-driven transformation across Legal, Compliance, and broader corporate functions. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution, this role owns the end-to-end AI program portfolio for designated corporate functions — from roadmap definition through governed, scaled deployment.
This is a high-visibility role with direct senior stakeholder engagement across the C-suite, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Technology leadership. The successful candidate brings executive-level presence, deep AI program management capability, and proven ability to drive outcomes in a complex matrix environment.
What This Job Involves
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own multi-year AI transformation roadmaps for Legal, Compliance, and assigned corporate functions, aligned to enterprise strategy and business priorities
- Develop and present compelling business cases for AI investments, quantifying value, risk, and ROI for senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, prioritize the program portfolio, and translate strategy into executable delivery plans
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Lead program delivery across a heavy matrix organization, coordinating across business functions, JLLT Engineering, Platform, Architecture, SRE, and enterprise infrastructure teams
- Evaluate and align solution choices across the enterprise AI stack — including large language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), agentic frameworks, and cloud deployment platforms (AWS/AgentCore, Azure)
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to design scalable, secure, and interoperable AI solutions; partner with Engineering to develop detailed workplans and own delivery outcomes
- Drive build vs. buy decisions and vendor selection for AI platforms and tooling, ensuring alignment with JLL technology standards
Delivery & Outcomes Ownership
- Own end-to-end program delivery for AI initiatives — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder outcomes
- Remove enterprise impediments across business, technology, and infrastructure; escalate and drive resolution of blockers at the appropriate organizational level
- Apply Agile and program management disciplines: sprint planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive status reporting
- Maintain rigorous program governance including budget vs. actuals, KPI tracking, and net impact measurement against business goals
AI Governance & Responsible AI
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for multiple concurrent AI programs, ensuring consistent standards for risk, compliance, and ethical use
- Define and operationalize AI guardrails, responsible AI principles, and usage policies for scaled enterprise deployment
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with JLL data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Serve as a senior voice for ethical AI within JLLT, partnering with Legal and Compliance to address model risk, bias, and auditability requirements
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary executive interface between JLLT and senior business stakeholders for AI programs in scope
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions with clarity and executive brevity; tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Build trusted relationships with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR leadership to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and sustain program momentum
- Champion an AI-first mindset across teams, supporting change management and capability building as programs scale

- Proven ability to develop AI business cases, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for senior executive audiences
- Strong program management skills with experience managing multi-workstream programs across matrix organizations
- Expertise in Responsible AI principles, AI risk management, and enterprise-scale guardrail design
