HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Provide technical leadership to the QA team and drive test architecture.
- Manage software delivery and work on improving product and process quality, including test automation.
- Have strong knowledge and experience in Network Management software, Optical networking, and software delivery.
- Learn and understand new network element features and hardware functionality as they are introduced.
- Review product requirements and create detailed test plans.
- Develop, execute, and debug automated tests, coordinating with other testers and scheduling test runs.
- Conduct feature demonstrations and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Desired experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and strong analytical skills.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Technical drive with the QA team, reviewing product requirements, and creating detailed test plans.
- Experience in software delivery management and driving improvements in product and process quality.
- Automation of testing with Optical networking domain experience in software delivery.
- Experience in automation test creation, execution, debugging, and coordinating with other testers for scheduling runs.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Good knowledge and experience in Network Management software.
- Ability to learn and understand network element features and new hardware functionality as it is introduced.
- Knowledge and work experience on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desired.
