About the Role
As a Principal Tech Lead, you will serve as the technical authority across the Oracle ecosystem, leading solution architecture, engineering excellence, and enterprise integration strategies. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across OCI, Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, OIC, ATP/ADW, and GoldenGate.
- Drive cloud modernization and hybrid cloud transformation programs.
- Design and implement API-led integrations, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures.
- Oversee DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide strategic technical leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle enterprise technologies with strong leadership exposure.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including networking, security, compute, storage, and API Gateway.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12+), OIC, APEX, ATP/ADW, Oracle DB 19c+, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and streaming.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and middleware integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, Go, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM)
- Oracle certifications such as OCI Architect Professional or OCM
- Multi-cloud exposure across OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP
