Role Overview

As a Principal Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, mentoring teams, managing client relationships, and handling niche and complex hiring mandates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of client organizations, their industries, business models, and work culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and clients.
  • Lead and build an inspiring team environment with open communication and collaboration.
  • Handle niche and complex hiring requirements across domains.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in technical recruitment and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage a recruitment team to achieve performance goals.
  • Handle and manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client interactions and stakeholder management.
  • Stay open to new challenges and continuously evolve recruitment strategies.
