AP or Principal Strategy Consultant – Digital, Gen AI & Analytics Strategy – INDIA

Our client is a top tier Strategy Consulting firm, building out their hugely successful Digital, Gen AI & Analytics Strategy team across India. As a leader within the Practice, you will lead C-suite executives through AI-enabled enterprise transformation, shaping strategy, defining value cases, and orchestrating complex digital and analytics programs that drive tangible financial and operational impact.
The Position:
- Advise CEOs and CXOs on how AI, data, and digital capabilities reshape competitive dynamics, cost structures, growth models, and operating strategies
- Define enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities and value creation.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases (GenAI, predictive AI, agentic systems) and translate them into scalable business initiatives.
- Orchestrate large-scale digital and AI transformations from strategy through implementation and value realization.
- Redesign operating models, governance, and decision-making processes to embed AI at scale.
- Lead clients in modernizing data platforms, cloud architectures, and analytics ecosystems to support AI-enabled businesses.
- Sales - Originate and shape Digital & Analytics opportunities; lead proposal development and executive-level conversations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in top-tier Strategy / Management consulting firm, with significant exposure to digital and AI-led transformation.
- A combination of consulting and operational/industry experience is equally valued.
- Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale AI and digital programs with tangible business outcomes.
- Strong strategic orientation - ability to connect AI and technology investments to competitive positioning and enterprise value.
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- - AI/ML and advanced analytics strategy
- - GenAI and emerging agentic systems
- - Cloud-enabled data platforms and modern architectures
- - Digital operating model and agile transformation
- • Experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
- • Proven commercial track record including opportunity origination, shaping, and revenue growth.
- • MBA or equivalent education pedigree from a top-tier institution preferred.
