Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the development of Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), and Front-End Module (FEM) Integrated Circuits (ICs). This role involves designing, simulating, testing, and optimizing RF circuits.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and layout RF circuits including PAs, LNAs, and FEM ICs ( for X/Ku/Ka/E-Bands).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, develop designs, and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize RF circuit performance for power efficiency, noise figure, linearity, and bandwidth.
- Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analysis to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for RF circuits and modules.
- Troubleshoot and debug RF circuit issues and provide solutions.
- Perform RF measurements and characterization using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of RF design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in RF circuit design, specifically in PAs, LNAs, and FEM IC development.
- Strong understanding of RF circuit theory, transmission lines, and impedance matching.
- Proficiency in using RF simulation tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, or similar.
- Experience with RF measurement techniques and test equipment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices ( GaN/GaAs/SiGe) and processes used in RF IC fabrication.
