Job Description

Solution Development

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Develop customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and needs assessments.
  • Identify customer pain points, opportunities, and goals.
  • Use technical expertise to design solutions that address challenges and add value.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Showcase solution capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
  • Simplify and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Tailor messaging for different stakeholders and audiences.

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Act as a subject matter expert on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle with expert insights.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to create sales materials.
  • Help enhance product messaging and positioning.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to support client success.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address concerns and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Technical Consultation & Implementation

  • Provide technical advice on implementation and integration best practices.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth deployment.
  • Assist with onboarding and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure successful solution adoption and ongoing client support.
