We are seeking a Principal Technologist cum Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Angular and Node.js, strong architectural depth, and proven ability to lead complex, client-facing initiatives.
This role will work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and engineering teams to identify challenges, define solution architecture, and drive technology-led transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple client programs
- Assess existing systems and recommend modernization and optimization strategies
- Design and govern scalable solutions using Angular, Node.js, and modern web architectures
- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and roadmaps
- Review architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
- Create and maintain solution and technical design documentation
- Mentor teams and improve delivery efficiency across engagements
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Angular and Node.js (hands-on + architectural)
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, APIs, databases, and security
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives and make high-impact technical decisions
Preferred Experience
- Cloud-native architecture and DevOps exposure
- Experience with enterprise-scale and integration-heavy systems
