Principal Solution Architect - AI Solutions

Remote India

Primary Mission

Architect and govern AI solutions that improve business outcomes, scale beyond pilots, and align with enterprise standards.

Core Focus

Digital Core Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir & Neo4j), agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, and workflow-embedded AI design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled solutions supporting PSBU priorities and enterprise standards.

• Translate business and product needs into scalable architectures, roadmaps, and reusable patterns.

• Define patterns for grounding, orchestration, memory, human review, observability, and secure integration.

• Provide architecture oversight across design, development, deployment, and operational readiness.

• Guide trade-offs across speed, cost, risk, reuse, and maintainability with business and IT stakeholders.

• Understand the AAI Digital Core ecosystem and contribute to it.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years in solution, system, or enterprise architecture in large, complex organizations.

• Proven leadership of cross-domain architecture initiatives and stakeholder influence.

• Strong cloud-native, API-driven, event-based, and composable architecture experience.

Additional Must-Have Experience

• Databricks architecture: Unity Catalog, Delta patterns, model serving, embeddings/vector patterns, CI/CD, secure deployment.

• Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen.

• Multi-agent architecture with orchestrators, shared context, memory, tool integration, and human escalation.

• Agent evaluation methods for groundedness, task success, traceability, robustness, latency, and cost.

• Workflow-embedded AI design with reviewable, editable, auditable outputs grounded in enterprise sources.

Preferred Experience

• Engineering, manufacturing, product support, quality, service, or industrial business domains.

• Azure-based AI and application architecture, including containerized APIs, event-driven services, observability, and ingestion pipelines.

• Enterprise search, RAG architectures, knowledge connectors, and systems-of-record integration.

Pragmatic principal architect who brings structure to ambiguity, works credibly with business and technical leaders, and builds repeatable AI patterns instead of one-off point solutions.
