Role Overview
Testvox is looking for a Principal Software Testing Consultant to lead presales, client consulting, and advanced testing solution design, including AI-driven testing services. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on understanding business challenges and delivering practical, value-driven QA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead presales discussions and solution consulting with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client problems and propose end-to-end software testing strategies
- Design and present QA solutions covering Functional, Automation, Performance, and Security Testing
- Support AI-based testing initiatives and quality transformation programs
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of proposed solutions
- Handle international clients and build long-term trusted relationships
- Support project delivery, QA governance, and team mentoring
- Contribute to marketing by reviewing technical content, case studies, and solution materials
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Consulting / Quality Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Automation, Performance, and Security Testing
- Experience in presales, solution design, and client presentations
- Exposure to AI technologies in software testing
- Experience in project delivery and QA team management
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and product development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
