The Role

As a Principal Software Engineer , you will play a critical role in architecture design, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using C# and React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. This position requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for developing scalable and efficient software solutions.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the architecture, design, and development of applications using .NETCore, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• System Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software systems, including both front-end and back-end components.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements andnew technologiesto enhance product offerings.
• Problem Solving:Analyseand troubleshoot complex software issues, providingtimelyresolutions and ensuring minimal impact on the user experience.
• AI Capabilities: Design and implement AI enabled features and services such as agentic workflows, automation, search, or chat assistants. Integrate AI/ML services and models into backend services via APIs using secure and scalable patterns‑enabled features and services
• Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications andcommunicateeffectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WhatYou'llBring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on.NETcore, C#, WEB API,MS SQL, react, LLMs, Elastic Search
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience with databasetechnologies, bothSQL (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Proven experience in AI based Productivity tools: code conversion/refactoring, test generation with coverage thresholds, defect clustering, changelog summarization, architectural blueprints.
• Proven experience in product-based companies, delivering scalable and customer-centric solutions.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, including knowledge of datamodelling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
