What will you be responsible for

The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills in full stack development, work on vision and roadmap of a product. Candidate should be adept at applying his/ her experience with a focus on problem solving and building an E2E system. Candidate should be highly collaborative and have a strong drive for high quality and engineering excellence focus.

• Drive E2E accountability on design, architecture for the product
• Develop technical/ functional demand in alignment with goals of Organization
• Designs to be driven based on architecture parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability, HA and Configurability
• Collaborate, Influence stake holders to drive decision making and accelerate roadmaps
• Simplifying complex problems/ systems and excellent debugging skills
• Promote Reusing/ Sharing the code across different components
• Mentors, Motivates the team to give their best in productivity, quality
• Provide guidance to the team on Technology, Solutioning and Problem solving

What would your day look like

• Closely work with team on the delivery, roadmap execution while continuously looking to evolve the product
• Partner with Engineering Manager and be a technical advisor to the manager to build the roadmap for the product
• Partner with Service Engineering and Product Management team for Quality of Service, Formulating vision for the product
• Partner with Global Engineering teams on shared goals and focus on the outcomes with a collaborative mindset
• Own the technical choices and decisions for the product

Who are we looking for

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles, solid shipping experience
• Ability to nurture and grow talent
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Fluent in Azure Angular & Microsoft .NET Stack, Web Applications & API Development, Service & Platform Management, E2E Life Cycle Management & DevOps. Mobile App Development experience is a plus
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
