Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, architect, and implement technical solutions for complex business problems.
Lead and mentor software development teams; provide guidance on design, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to plan, develop, test, and maintain systems across the full SDLC.
Implement new features and system modifications using Java technologies, REST APIs, and containerized deployment.
Ensure production support, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical systems.
Assist in collection and documentation of user requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals for system operations and maintenance.
Act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders, influencing decisions and providing technical insights.
Maintain adherence to CI/CD practices and engineering excellence standards.
