Job Description
Company Description Samashti School is a leading CBSE institution in India, with campuses in Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Mysuru, known for its focus on holistic education. The school follows the innovative 6Es model of teaching—Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Encourage, Evaluate—to promote activity-based learning and deeper understanding. Infrastructure and co-scholastic experiences are designed to support students growth, happiness, and real-world exposure beyond traditional classrooms. Strong parent endorsement reflects the school's commitment to nurturing responsible, trustworthy future citizens.
Role Description The Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the Mysore campus, responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and cultural direction of the school. This role includes overseeing curriculum implementation aligned with CBSE and the 6Es model, monitoring teaching quality, and ensuring high standards of student learning and well-being. The Principal will supervise and mentor staff, manage admissions and parent communication, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging school environment. Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating timetable and operations, guiding school events and co-curricular programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Principal will collaborate with the leadership team to uphold the school's vision, manage budgets and resources prudently, and represent the institution professionally in external forums.
