Requirements:

• 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience, including AppExchange product development.
• Proficient in Visualforce, APEX, LWC, Integration APIs, and Web Services.
• Experienced with Salesforce CPQ (standard and custom), including object setup, profiles, and permission sets.
• Skilled in source control systems like Azure DevOps and GIT.
• Deliver solutions using Agile methodology in CI/CD environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills, including with senior leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead application development projects and balance shifting priorities.
• Effective in code reviews and recommending automated tools.
• Demonstrated success in solution implementation and facilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full software development life cycle and AppExchange solution delivery.
• Manage small projects independently; serve as technical lead on larger initiatives.
• Collaborate on project planning, resource estimates, and cost assessments.
• Co-lead agile teams with Product Owners using Salesforce/CPQ best practices.
• Contribute to architecture, framework design, and scalable solutions.
• Create system narratives, UI prototypes, and detailed design specs.
• Develop test plans, ensure SQA compliance, and validate business outcomes.
• Uphold and enhance coding standards and development quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues aligned with business needs.
• Make architecture-aligned technical decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee team progress.
• Ensure timely project delivery and communicate status in daily scrums.
