We're hiring a hands- on Principal Salesforce Developer who will lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions in Agent force for Sales & Service. The ideal candidate codes with excellence, defines best practices, and partners with business leads to scale solutions that enable agent workflows, customer care, and onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design & build high- performance Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations) with focus on Agentforce for Sales & Service
- Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, reusable components
- Lead technical roadmap planning; optimize systems for scalability, performance & compliance
- Mentor junior developers; lead code reviews & technical leadership
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features, Agentforce innovations & bring ideas for platform maturity
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Salesforce dev experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom development)
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, data modeling
- Agentforce experience + knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities a big plus
- Strong hands- on experience with integrations, handling technical debt, performance tuning
- Skilled communicator, good collaborator, experience with Agile methodologies
