Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of NEP-aligned curriculum with a focus on integrated academics and competitive preparation.
• Promote inquiry-based learning, innovation, and excellence in teaching.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, compliance, and school infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Physics Wallah's central academic and operations teams.
• Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of teachers.
• Foster a culture of continuous professional development.
• Oversee academic, co-curricular, and character-building initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students.
• Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Maintain transparency through regular communication and feedback mechanisms

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree (preferably in Education/Science/Mathematics/English).
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum 15-20 years in the education sector with at least 710 years in a leadership role.
