The Principal Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional le adership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within scope, budget, and timeline. The Principal Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations and finance to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
