ROLE PURPOSE
The Principal Program Manager – Enterprise PMO will be responsible for establishing, institutionalising, and governing a structured execution framework across the organisation.
The role's primary mandate is to bring method to organisational complexity by creating robust execution structures, maintaining organisational process assets, and ensuring that all strategic, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable impact.
This role is not limited to project tracking. It exists to build execution maturity, preserve organisational memory, and ensure that leadership intent is consistently translated into outcomes through documented, repeatable, and scalable processes.
KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES
- Establish enterprise-wide program and project management discipline
- Create and maintain comprehensive organisational process assets (OPAs)
- Ensure clarity, structure, and accountability across all major initiatives
- Reduce execution risk through documentation, governance, and cadence
- Enable leadership with reliable execution visibility and decision support

- Completeness and quality of organisational process documentation
ROLE QUALIFIERS (MANDATORY)
- Six Sigma Black Belt – Certified
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – Certified
- Agile Certification (CSM / SAFe / equivalent)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years of experience in:
- PMO
- Enterprise program management
- Transformation or consulting roles
- Experience in large, projectised, matrixed organisations (MNC or equivalent)
- Proven exposure to cross-functional, business + technology initiatives
- Strong experience in documentation, governance, and execution frameworks
- BFSI or regulated industry experience preferred
