Role Overview
Role Title: Principal Product Manager (Travel Services)
Function: Product Management
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the travel service product team. Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development to build a high-performing and innovative team.
- Product Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the travel service portfolio. Drive product innovation by identifying new market opportunities and service models based on deep user and industry understanding.
- Product Planning & Operation: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to launch and iteration. Develop and refine product operation strategies, using data and user feedback to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Cross-Functional Cooperation: Act as a key leader in collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Operations, to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
- Project & Outcome Ownership: Take full ownership of the project timeline, quality, and the ultimate success of the products, ensuring delivery of a high-quality user experience and achievement of key business metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in the internet industry. Experience in the travel sector, O2O, or complex service-oriented products is highly preferred.
- Team Management: Proven experience in team management (at least 2 years), with a strong track record of building, leading, and developing successful product teams.
- Cooperation Skills: Excellent cooperation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to lead and influence effectively across different departments.
- Core Skills: Demonstrated excellence in both product innovation (creating new value) and product operations (optimizing existing value). Possess a data-driven mindset and keen insight into market trends.
- General: Bachelor's degree or above. High level of responsibility, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Good English communication skills are a plus.
