Principal Product Manager - Media
Sabre's media technology platform powers the marketing campaigns that travel suppliers purchase across Sabre's proprietary channels. With our industryleading Air, Lodging, Ground, and Sea businesses, along with a strong partner ecosystem, we see a significant opportunity to scale the media business over the next two years and expand our channel reach.
The Media Product team works closely with customers, commercial teams, technology partners, and internal product and engineering teams. We emphasize collaboration, datadriven decision making, and rapid learning to solve real business problems. The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with handson execution, communicate complex concepts clearly, operate with high autonomy, and influence outcomes across teams and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap to support Sabre's strategic, commercial, and growth goals for the media technology platform
- Own the endtoend media product lifecycle, including inventory strategy, monetization, measurement, and optimization of customer outcomes
- Partner with Sabre's Media Commercial team to align product capabilities, gotomarket readiness, and customer demand
- Translate product vision into clear requirements and user stories to enable strong engineering collaboration and value delivery
- Collaborate with Product teams across Agent, Airline, and Corporate channels to enable media display, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Support Sales and Account leaders in customer engagements by developing product narratives, collateral, and demos, while incorporating customer feedback into the roadmap
- Define, track, and communicate customer and commercial value through dashboards, insights, and customerfacing reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Management, product development, and/or product delivery
- Experience with digital media, advertising, sponsored content, or monetization platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including influencing senior leadership and crossfunctional teams
- Experience delivering complex products in ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies
- Strong track record of datadriven decision making, including defining success metrics and evaluating tradeoffs
- Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Passion for media, advertising technology, and the platforms that power them
