HRSD Platform Team | HR Service Delivery
UKG is seeking a results-driven Principal Product Manager to define and drive strategy for HRSD platform capabilities, with a focus on authentication, tenancy, and cross-product integration. This team is responsible for the foundational services that power every HR Service Delivery experience—working across mobile, and broader UKG products to establish scalable, consistent platform patterns. This role is accountable for leading platform strategy and driving alignment across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
About The Role
This is a deeply technical PM role, but technical chops alone aren't enough. You'll need to translate complex capabilities into compelling customer experiences that drive adoption and demonstrate value in-app.
- Define strategy for authentication, tenant discovery, and secure access across HRSD and mobile experiences.
- Establish scalable patterns for tenant identification and routing (e.g., access codes, identifiers, discovery flows).
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across tenancy, identity, mobile, and product teams.
- Partner with engineering to shape platform architecture supporting secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
- Drive alignment across teams on standards, integrations, and shared platform capabilities.
- Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Own the product narrative and GTM readiness. Translate complex HRSD capabilities into compelling customer stories, partner with enablement, sales, and customer success to ensure features land well, and drive adoption through clear rollout strategy and segmentation.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of platform concepts such as APIs, integrations, and system design trade-offs.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of API design, system integrations, and third-party platform connectivity; able to assess integration complexity and guide solution design decisions.
- Experience leading product strategy for platform, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and influence decisions at scale.
- Understanding of concepts related to authentication, identity, or platform integrations.
- Product-led growth mindset. You've thought about how features drive adoption, engagement, and expansion, not just how they work technically. You understand the intersection of technology and usage.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and operate across teams without formal authority.
- Surface risks early, propose solutions, and follow through.
- Communicate effectively across levels: engineers, partners, and senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with authentication systems, identity platforms, or tenant management.
- Familiarity with Auth0 or other identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) is a plus.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Pendo) and advanced data analysis to drive product insights and decision-making.
- Experience delivering mobile or cross-product platform integrations at scale.
- Experience defining and driving adoption of cross-product standards and reusable platform capabilities.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
