Hiring: Principal Product Manager – Core Banking (CASA | Retail | LMS)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 16–19 Years

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager with strong expertise in CASA, Retail Banking, and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to lead product strategy and execution for enterprise-scale banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core banking solutions
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and scaling
• Manage and prioritize product backlog (epics, features, user stories)
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
• Deliver customer-centric solutions using design thinking principles
• Mentor teams and contribute to strategic product decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong domain experience in Core Banking / Retail Banking
• Proven track record in product management within fintech or product organizations
• Deep understanding of CASA and LMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (CSPO / SAFe preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
