This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving growth, strategy, and execution for a core lending and acquisitions platform within a mission-driven financial services environment. You will shape multi-year product vision, define OKRs, and lead the development of scalable acquisition and marketing capabilities that directly influence customer growth and financial outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and risk, requiring strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, and analytics teams. You will play a key role in launching and scaling new 0-to-1 initiatives while continuously optimizing funnel performance across acquisition, activation, and retention. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results in a complex, regulated domain.
Accountabilities
- Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for the acquisitions and lending platform in close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead customer insight efforts by leveraging research, feedback loops, and data analysis to continuously improve product experience and outcomes.
- Own growth initiatives by designing, executing, and iterating experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention funnels.
- Drive end-to-end execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, risk, and data science teams to deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure all product initiatives meet regulatory, legal, and industry requirements.
- Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and priorities clearly to executive leadership and external partners to ensure alignment and execution clarity.
- Support and scale 0-to-1 product initiatives while improving existing product capabilities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of total professional experience, including 7-10+ years in product management within high-growth or complex product environments.
- Proven experience building and launching new products (0-1) in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving financial well-being and user outcomes.
- Deep analytical skills with experience in experimentation, A/B testing, metric definition, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and risk/compliance teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Ability to lead distributed, cross-time-zone teams effectively.
