About the Role: We are hiring a senior Product Management leader to own and scale a Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform built in India, with Product Led Growth (PLG) as the primary growth motion. This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for a developer first, self service cloud platform, ensuring data sovereignty, regulatory alignment, and enterprise grade reliability while driving adoption through automation, APIs, and usage based expansion rather than sales only motions. You will operate as a business owning Product Manager, working across engineering, GTM, finance, and partner teams, with clear accountability for adoption, retention, and revenue expansion driven by the product itself.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Sovereign Cloud IaaS platform in India, with PLG as the default growth motion.

* Drive product led growth (PLG) by designing frictionless onboarding, activation, usage, and expansion journeys, and owning AARRR metrics.

* Own end to end product management for IaaS services (Compute, Storage, Network, Security, AZs, FinOps, IaC, Observability) with API first, self service principles.

* Own and optimize Lead to Order to Cash (L2O & O2C) processes for cloud, ensuring seamless self service flows across onboarding, pricing, billing, metering, and provisioning.

* Translate customer, developer, and market insights into clear PRDs, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

* Lead pricing, packaging, and usage based monetization in partnership with GTM and finance teams.

* Enable partners and ecosystems (CSP, MSP, ISV) through productized, multi tenant, and delegated access models.

* Act as the senior product voice for sovereign and regulated workloads, influencing leadership decisions and roadmap direction.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a premier institute.

* 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with strong ownership of cloud or platform products.

* Deep understanding of IaaS technologies virtualization, storage, networking, security, and cloud architectures.

* Experience building or scaling self service, API driven, or developer first platforms.

* Proven ability to lead cross functional teams with strong stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

* Experience with Product Led Growth (PLG) models (self serve onboarding, usage based expansion, developer ecosystems).

* Exposure to sovereign cloud, private cloud, or regulated enterprise platforms is a strong plus.

* Ability to articulate product strategy and differentiation in customer, partner, and RFP contexts.

* MBA or advanced business education preferred.
