Key Responsibilities
- Product Management Core solution
- Define requirements around upcoming mandates across the globe and ensure worldwide communication,
- Manage security requirements
- Handle customer escalations
- Coordinate with R&D and PMM, commercial teams
- Portfolio analysis and pruning
- Product Management Partnership Management & Control Tower - Define the partner management framework and Control Tower business capabilities (content access, business rule application) for a new platform conceptSlice concept into epics and follow Product Lifecycle methodology for those epicsWork with UX to create mock-ups to be able to show to management and during customer meetings to get feedbackAlign with program and with other internal stakeholdersDefine vision and value of partnership module and control towerCoordinate with R&D, Strategy and other Epic Leads
Performance Indicators
- Core product without major escalations, portfolio pruning done
- Definition of high-level concept defined and accepted by stakeholders
- First mock-ups done and tested with customers
- Sub-epics defined and progressing with Product lifecycle framework
- Cross-team collaboration effectiveness and contribution to program outcomes
Candidate Profile
- 5+year experience in Product management or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of travel distribution
- Experience with partnerships is a plus
- Ability to define a high-level concept and break down into more concrete use cases
- Ability to work transversally with multiple teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, especially in complex or strategic contexts.
