We are looking for a
senior engineering leader to drive the architecture and delivery of a
large-scale AI-powered platform built on modern cloud-native technologies. This role combines
hands-on architecture, distributed systems expertise, and engineering leadership.
Work location :
Gurgaon (hybrid, 3 days work from office)
Education:
BE (Computer Science) equivalent with experience ranging from 12 -14 years
Key Technical Requirements
- Strong experience designing microservices-based architectures and cloud-native platforms
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- Experience building distributed systems and high-throughput data platforms
- Hands-on with event-driven architectures and messaging frameworks (Kafka / ActiveMQ / RabbitMQ)
- Cloud and containerization experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, data processing pipelines, or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong focus on system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
Leadership Expectations
- Experience leading engineering teams (820+ engineers) in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to own platform architecture and technical roadmaps
- Comfortable working closely with product leaders and business stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering large enterprise technology platforms
