- Minimum 15 years of experience in Teaching / Research / Academic Administration
- At least 5 years as Professor / HOD in a recognized Pharmacy institution
- Registered with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
- Strong academic record with publications, research, and leadership exposure
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmacy College
- Ensure compliance with PCI, AICTE, and University norms
- Oversee curriculum development, teaching quality, and research initiatives
- Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and development
- Promote research culture, industry collaboration, and innovation
- Manage accreditation processes, inspections, and audits
- Represent the institution before regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Ensure student discipline, academic excellence, and institutional growth
