Role Summary
The Principal Officer will act as a Key Executive and lead the end-to-end IFSC setup.
What You'll Do
- Lead IFSC setup, licensing, and regulatory readiness
- Drive investment strategy, portfolio decisions, and performance
- Build fund operations, risk frameworks, and reporting systems
- Act as key liaison with regulators and stakeholders
- Build and lead the investment & operations team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in fund management / investment advisory / financial markets
- PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CFA/FRM/CA
- Strong understanding of capital markets & IFSC regulations
