Principal Network Engineer

We are hiring for a highly experienced Principal Network Engineer who can design, optimize, and support enterprise network environments. This role requires a balance of architecture expertise and hands-on troubleshooting for critical escalations.

Location (Hybrid)- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi NCR

Experience- 9+Years

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network & data centre architecture
• Handle P1/P0 critical incidents and escalations
• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA)
• Review and approve configurations from L2/L3 teams
• Work on routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) & security architecture
• Drive network transformation / optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper)
• Create and maintain HLD/LLD documentation
• Mentor L3 engineers and guide technical decisions

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in network architecture + troubleshooting
• Expertise in routing, switching, and firewall technologies
• Hands-on with Cisco / Palo Alto / Aruba / Juniper
• Experience in handling major incidents (P1/P0)
• Strong knowledge of data centre & enterprise networks
• Certifications: CCNP / CCIE (Mandatory)
