The Principal / Professor is responsible for leading and managing the academic and administrative functions of the institution. The role involves overseeing teaching quality, faculty performance, student development, and ensuring compliance with CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to faculty, staff, and students.
• Supervise teaching activities and ensure quality instruction in line with curriculum standards.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and educational programs.
• Mentor and guide teachers, including performance appraisals and professional development.
• Maintain discipline, ensure smooth school operations, and promote a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with CBSE guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• PhD / Postgraduate with B.Ed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative teaching roles.
• Teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred.
• Strong command over English (spoken and written).
• 40–50 years
