This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Principal. The Principal is responsible for the overall administration and management of the school. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing academic programs, faculty management, student discipline, and maintaining a positive school culture. The Principal will also develop and implement educational policies, manage budgets, and liaise with parents and the community to promote the school&aposs mission and objectives.

• Leadership and Administrative skills
• Experience in Educational Policy Development and Implementation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Financial Management and Budgeting skills
• Conflict Resolution and Disciplinary skills
• Ability to Foster a Positive School Culture
• Master&aposs Degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field
• Prior Experience as a Principal or in a Leadership Role within an Educational Institution is preferred
