Senior/Principal Member of Technical Staff Job Description (DevOps Services)

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff or Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will participate in the design and development of Oracle's DevOps Services.
You should be a rock solid coder and have passion to learn new technologies.
You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with application development using Java Microservices, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes & Public Cloud.
Proficient at programming in Java, and one other major programming/scripting language like Python or Go Lang.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals.
Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering or related engineering fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong distributed systems fundamentals.
Terraform experience.
Prior development experience with DevOps in a Public Cloud (like AWS, Azure or GCP) tools or services.
Masters degree in Computer Science.
