This team also ensures availability and reliability of leading Database Cloud Services including ground breaking Autonomous Database Services.
In this role, you will work closely with DevOps & Support teams to quickly investigate and mitigate critical incidents impacting service availability and reliability of cloud customers
Identify and deliver preventive measures, product improvements and automated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common and frequent issues reported by many of our key / strategic customers with critical production databases. Work closely with various product development teams to drive product / service improvements in the areas of diagnostics and resiliency.
