Minimum Eligibility, Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Ph.D. Degree, preferably in the discipline of Management, Finance, Marketing, HR or International Business.
- Minimum 20 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years of experience at the level of Professor in a reputed College/University/Institution.
- At least 02 successfully guided Ph.D. scholars as Supervisor.
- Minimum 10 research publications in Scopus / Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals.
- Minimum 110 Research Score as per applicable UGC guidelines.
Key Leadership Expectations
The incumbent will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership, promoting excellence in teaching and research, strengthening industry-academia collaboration, supporting accreditation and quality initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the MBA College.
