Job Description
The Principal is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the school community. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing staff, implementing curriculum, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. The Principal will work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to promote academic excellence and student success. They will also be responsible for budgeting, fundraising, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with students of all backgrounds and abilities. The Principal must be able to inspire and motivate others, make tough decisions when necessary, and be committed to continuous improvement and professional development. A PhD degree in Education or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in school administration. The candidate should ideally be Telugu speaking and must have knowledge in either of Mathematics/Physics /Chemistry /Botany/Zoology
