Role Summary
Techsara Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Principal / Lead Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of an AI-enabled Salesforce platform integrated with AWS.
This is a Flow-first architecture leadership role focused on scalable automation, event-driven integrations, governance, and secure AI-driven systems. Apex should be used only when absolutely required.
This role requires strong communication skills, as you will directly collaborate with US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Define and implement scalable Flow-based automation architecture (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows)
- Establish a low-code-first strategy before introducing custom Apex
- Architect Salesforce + AWS integration patterns (REST APIs, Platform Events, CDC, EventBridge)
- Design event-driven and scalable system integrations
Data & AI Architecture
- Define Salesforce to AWS data pipelines (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, OpenSearch)
- Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation
- Ensure scalable and performance-optimized architecture
Governance & Security
- Establish Flow governance standards (naming conventions, versioning, error handling frameworks)
- Ensure PII security, IAM best practices, encryption standards, audit logs, and compliance
- Maintain adherence to Salesforce limits, sharing model, and performance optimization
Leadership
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers
- Review technical designs for scalability and sustainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders
- Drive architecture decisions aligned with business growth
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years overall experience
- 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles
- Deep expertise in complex Salesforce Flow automation
- Strong AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce limits, sharing model, and performance tuning
- Excellent spoken and written English (US stakeholder-facing role)
Good to Have
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (CTA track preferred)
- Experience implementing GenAI / RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrieval systems, guardrails)
- Exposure to AI-driven enterprise platforms
- DevOps and CI/CD deployment experience
