Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Law Schoollocatedin Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The successful candidate willbe responsible foroverseeing the Law Program's operations at Accurate Group of Institutions. The Director willbe responsible forthe entire functioning of the Law college including admissions as well as academic delivery. The Director should also be aware of BCI norms and should haveliasoningexperience with university as well as BCI (Bar Council of India)

Qualifications

• PhD in Law from a reputed university
• Bachelors andMastersDegree in Law.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in industry (legal) and academics in legal education, with administrative experience as aDeanor Director preferred, at a recognized university or institution.
• Exposure of dealing with Bar Council of India for approvals and affiliations
• Able todemonstratehigh-level academic leadership and experience with curriculum design, delivery, and assessment
• Strong understanding of the higher education regulatory environment and compliance requirements
• A proventrack recordfor excellence in teaching and research,evidencedthrough publications, conference presentations, leadership, and teaching awards
• Ability to mentor and develop faculty and staff in support of program objectives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster andmaintainrelationships with Industry, Government, and Society to ensure relevance, responsiveness, and impact of the program
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of academic life
