Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 - 15 Years of project management experience, preferably in AI & data analytics environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
Technical Skills:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and deployment considerations
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and IT infrastructure concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Experience with AI/ML project lifecycle management
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Previous experience in technology consulting or transformation roles

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Provide program support to AI Hub (India) initiatives, acting as a key coordination resource
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and IT operations
- Maintain comprehensive project schedules and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews
- Screen incoming AI project requests using fundamental AI/ML knowledge to assess feasibility and resource requirements
- Work with AI Hub (India) team leadership on project prioritization based on technical complexity, business impact, and resource availability
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper scoping and realistic timeline development
- Support business case development with technical insights and delivery estimates
- Support the implementation of standardized workflows to accelerate AI project execution from ideation to deployment
- Establish governance frameworks that balance speed with quality and compliance requirements
- Create repeatable methodologies that can scale across diverse AI use cases
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes based on project outcomes and industry best practices
