Lead sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities across consumer, tech, and operatordriven sectors.
Drive deep financial analysis, business model assessment, competition benchmarking, and market sizing.
Endtoend deal ownership: diligence, IC preparation, structuring, and execution.
Work closely with founders postinvestment on strategy, GTM, org design, and P&L decisions.

12-14 years of experience as a founder, operator with strong P&L ownership, or investment professional.
Proven ability to work with earlystage companies from Seed to Series A.
Strong financial modeling, strategic thinking, and founder empathy.
High maturity, strong judgment, and alignment with the fund's values and investment philosophy.
Preference for candidates with consumersector depth or operator backgrounds from firms like Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.
