Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Kochi for a Principal Interior Designer. As a Principal Interior Designer, you will oversee the design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence in all projects. Duties include leading the space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), managing design presentations, and collaborating with architects and construction teams to ensure project completion within deadlines and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience in Architecture and the development of Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and its application in design
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
