Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal Interior Designer to lead the design strategy and execution of ultra-luxury residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about exceptional design, possesses strong leadership capabilities, and has a proven track record of delivering premium projects from concept to completion.

Location : Bangalore, On-site

Days of Working : 6 Days Working (Wed-Mon)

Salary : 11 - 12 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision and design direction for luxury interior projects.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes aligned with client expectations.
  • Present design concepts confidently to high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee projects through all phases—from concept development and space planning to execution and handover.
  • Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of senior and junior designers.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated with global luxury design trends, premium materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
  • Manage multiple high-value projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
